How we quote, how we work, and what you can expect from us.

Quotes and prices
- You get a written price before work starts. It is the price, unless the job turns out to need parts or work we could not have seen, in which case we tell you before we buy or do anything extra.
- We do not charge travel time or mileage for jobs inside Solwezi District.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Doing the work
- We install equipment to manufacturer guidance and label and document what we install.
- New equipment we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed: if something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we put it right at no charge.
- Managed and part-time support are month to month unless a contract says otherwise. Nothing locks you in.
Payment
Payment terms are on the quote. For supplied equipment we may ask for a deposit before ordering.
